            Classic Realty Inc., Real Estate Brokers has implemented a progressive, low cost, tailor-made system to choose from.  This system provides commission flexibility with your clients so that you can retain them without much difficulty.  As the real estate market is declining, it helps you to cut your cost in the changing, declining real estate market. The Classic Realty Inc., Real Estate Brokers system involves five plans without the monthly franchise fees.

Plan A is suitable for an experienced realtor who would like to keep 100% of the commission and pay Classic Realty Inc., Real Estate Brokers only $50 per month for telephone charges plus a transaction fee of $280 per transaction.  Plan A allows the agent to keep expenses down to the minimum while retaining 100% commission. 

Plan B is beneficial for a new agent entering the real estate field, as he/she is unsure of projected yearly income.  Classic Realty Inc., Real Estate Brokers would give the agent a higher commission split than the traditional broker would.

            Plan C is suitable for the transitional agent who does not wish to commit to paying the telephone charge of $50 per month, but is willing to pay a higher transaction fee.  Plan C enables the agent to keep 100% commission.

            Plan D is a custom-made plan open to all agents.  This plan will be flexible enough to suit individual requirements such as commission splits, monthly fees, transaction fees, etc.

            Plan L is a lease or rent plan.  This plan could be a component to Plans A, B, C, and D.  Plan L could also be used independently. Commissions are 10% of the gross amount of fees or commissions earned up to maximum of $280.

Classic Realty Inc., Real Estate Brokers will deduct ALL referral fees, consulting fees, evaluation fees and lease commissions.

Classic Realty Inc., Real Estate Brokers removes all borders.  Listings are advertised on Company Website.  Out-of-town agents have access to the local market, to the wider market and to a larger pool of buyers. With special arrangements out-of-town agents may be able to collect full listing commission plus a good portion of selling agent’s commission.
